By focusing on the themes of “Smart” and “Green”, ICRR2025 aims to underscore the significance of adopting forward-thinking and environmentally conscious approaches in road and railway development.

ICRR2025 will focus on showcasing the best practices and technological advancements of “Building Smart and Green Transport Infrastructure” worldwide. The conference will also highlight the prospects of Hong Kong’s major road and railway development beyond 2030.
