Adverse Weather Arrangement

Conference on 12 & 13 June 2025

• Morning session
  If pre-No. 8 signal special announcement / typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, or the black rainstorm signal is issued, at or after 6:00 a.m. on that day, the morning session of that day will be arranged in hybrid mode of which live-streaming will be available.
• Afternoon session
  If pre-No. 8 signal special announcement / typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, or the black rainstorm signal is issued, at or after 11:00 a.m. on that day, the afternoon session of that day will be arranged in hybrid mode of which live-streaming will be available.

Notification to guests and participants

• Guests
  If typhoon signal No. 3 is hoisted, we will check with all speakers if they will conduct their presentations in their own place or in HKCEC in case typhoon signal No. 8 is eventually hoisted and hybrid mode is activated.
• Participants
  Email notification (attached with the live-streaming link) of switching to hybrid mode will be sent to all participants when HKO announces that typhoon signal No. 8 will be hoisted at or after the decision times (i.e. 6:00 a.m. / 11:00 a.m.).
