- Registration Fee includes (1) Conference Materials, (2) All Conference Sessions, and (3) Refreshments.
- Please note that the schedule and details for the site visit will be announced in March, and the organizer reserves the right to make changes at its discretion.
- No partial refund if the registrant does not attend any part of the event. Please note that there will be no refund if the registrant is unable to attend the event or any part of the event.
- All participants are responsible for arranging and covering the costs of their own travel and accommodation.
- Your conference registration will only be effective upon receipt of the full registration fee payment. No refunds can be processed after the payment has been settled.
- The organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the conference at its discretion.
